Department of Justice Complaint

On July 27, 2013, I filed an ADA Complaint with the Department of Justice for the experience I had in New Orleans. I called recently to follow up on it and they said they had a serious backlog of complaints and just started processing it at the beginning of December but are working on a resolution. I submitted it in July, it was opened in December.. let’s see when I get a result. 🙂 At least they are working on it though. I’m anxious to see what they decide.
