Update on Us + THANK YOU to my Readers

Readers,

I apologize for the lack of blogs lately. I promise to write more blogs and to respond to your comments more quickly. Life has been pretty crazy lately. There have been a lot of changes going on in my life and my close friends’ lives, as well as finishing up the semester, and honestly, I think about things I want to blog about but unfortunately haven’t had the opportunity to really sit down and post some substantial blogs lately. However, that is about to change.

Tonight I was bored for quite awhile because it was my first night of “freedom,” aka no more school work for a few weeks. And since I’m not working right now (by choice), I have a lot more free time on my hands. I’m going to Colorado in a few weeks again, so that will be fun, and I’m hoping to go on a mini-vacation with my boyfriend and Makiko sometime in these next couple of weeks. So tonight, after being bored for several hours, I decided to make myself an alcoholic beverage (a Not-So-White Russian), blog, make cookies, and hang out with my Makiko. Sounds pretty nice, huh? 🙂

I am really enjoying getting feedback from you all via comments on this blog, in real life, or on Facebook. It means a lot to me to know that friends and strangers alike read and are impacted my blog. I also love that you all are asking questions about guide dogs, blindness, etc. I am trying to respond to them as fast and as detailed as possible. In fact, another one of my blog posts I will write this evening is answering one readers questions.

Again, thank you for your feedback and patience with me this past month or so. I hope you will keep the feedback coming. Please let me know if you have any questions about anything. I’m an open book.

Sincerely,
Jess
